What we do
We sell one product: access to a live TV channel list and an on-demand library, delivered as a login you add to a player app. Every plan includes the same channels. How an order works
- You choose a plan on the order form or on WhatsApp and pay by card, digital wallet, bank transfer or crypto.
- A member of our team sends your login by email or WhatsApp within 5 to 30 minutes.
- You add the login to a player app. Our setup guide covers every common device, and support walks you through it if you get stuck.
- If the service is not right for you, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of activation under our refund policy.
Who writes our guides
The streaming guides are written by the VisualiseTv technical team, the same people who answer support messages. We test player apps and settings on the devices our customers use most, including Firestick, Android TV and Samsung Tizen TVs, and we update a guide when an app or device changes.
